Helsingør, Denmark: 2nd time with Team Danmark to map best practice. June 2017

Client: Team Danmark - working to make Denmark the world's best place to grow elite sports.

Client's goal: First worked with Team Danmark in Sept '15 (see post). This time, Team Danmark were keen to see how their working practices had changed in response to a strategy that would encourage greater collaboration across the organisation. I was asked to to map out a typical scenario that would lay bare how the different parts of their organisation connect and work together when responding to challenging events. To ensure full and proper representation across the departments, we gathered a variety of employees around the table, thereby revealing the dependencies between these different roles. This highlighted the complex nature of their response within the organisaiton and pointed towards best practice.
