Copenhagen, Denmark: Mapping customer journeys for Insurance Co. Nov 2015

Client: Worked with Copenhagen agency, Hello Group to map out the customer journey for one of their key clients, a Danish Insurance company. Sat around the table were two representatives from the Insurance company, two of their customers with recent claims and two from Hello Group. The session showed how mapping enables stakeholders, with slightly different perspectives on the same service can share insight and help identify areas for innovation.
