Spent the morning working with an employee from Mærsk to map out their career path in order for them to explore opportunities in the near future. Helped them gain an overview of the different positions they've held and most crucially to explore the environments, incentives, must-haves and triggers that have had most influence on their progression both inside and outside of the organisation. A good example of one-to-one coaching where plotting the different activities over the past 15 years can help identify a route for future self-development.
